To draw a rectangle:

1. If you have not already done so, open or create a Block Design File (.bdf) or a Block Symbol File (.bsf).

2. Click the Rectangle Tool button on the toolbar.  

3. In the Block Editor or Symbol Editor window, click any empty space to define a starting point and drag the pointer until the rectangle is the desired size. More Details
