To draw a line:
If you have not already done so, open or create a Block Design File (.bdf) or a Block Symbol File (.bsf). More Details
To customize a symbol in the Symbol Editor, click the Line Tool button on the toolbar. 
To add connectors to a BDF, click one of the following buttons on the toolbar:

In the Block Editor or Symbol Editor window, click to define a starting point and drag the pointer until your line is the desired size.
In the Block Editor, if necessary, change the line style for the existing connector.
