DC Switching Point

• Want our DC switching point to be approximately 50% Vdd where Vdd = 3.3v.

• Use minimum sized NMOS transistors in output stage of gate, then size PMOS transistors accordingly to get switching point

  • This gate will then become your 1X size gate. 2X, 3X, etc gate sizes are then multiples of this gate size.
  • Use hspice DC analysis to determine switching point
