Delay Requirements
Allows you to specify project-wide tSU, tH, tCO, and/or tPD timing requirements. You can override these project-wide timing requirements for specific nodes or groups by making individual timing assignments. You can specify any of the following default timing requirements by entering a value in the box and selecting a time unit in the list.
