Specifies the level of retiming performed on the design by the resynthesis tool. The following options are available:
| Full, perform retiming on all paths | The resynthesis tool should perform retiming on all register paths, including paths from non-peripheral to peripheral registers. |
| Partial, perform retiming on register-to-register paths only | The resynthesis tool should perform retiming on non-peripheral register-to-register paths only. |
| Off (may negatively impact fmax) | The resynthesis tool should not perfrom retiming, which may reduce fMAX. Use this option to see the affects of only performing resynthesis on a design. |
