The Java Native Interface Specification for the Java API for Boundary-Scan - describes
the expected functionality of the native interface layer of the Java API for Boundary-Scan

2. Java ZIP Archive

jscan.zip - Contains the refernce implmentation of the Java API for Boundary-Scan.  Make certain that
you CLASSPATH variable includes this zip file.  When unzipped contains full source code
and browsable documentation describing the entire Java API for Boundary-Scan.

3. Java Applications

xc9500.class - contains erase, program and verify algorithms for Xilinx XC9500 CPLDs
xc9500x.class - contains erase, program and verify algorithms for Xilinx XC9500XL
and XC9500XV CPLDs

4. Included Class Files

xilinxCpldBits.class - used to access dat file information in either of above two
applications.  This class file should be installed in the same directory as 
the xc9500 and xc9500x class files.

5. System DLL for Parallel Download Cable

Install javascanhwif.dll in your windows\system (win95) or windows\system32 directory
to facilitate access to the Xilinx Parallel Download Cable.
